HOW DO UNBALANCE-WEIGHT MOTORS WORK?

Unbalance-weight motors generate vibrations mechanically. Unbalanced (eccentric) weights are attached to a shaft. The shaft is then forced to rotate. However due to the effective eccentricity of the shaft a set of vibrations are produced. These vibrations are then controlled to create circular, elliptical or linear movement. For example a single unbalance-weight motor will create circular vibrations, while two motors rotating in opposite directions will create linear vibrations. 
Usually, especially for conveying and screening purposes, linear vibration is desired. However for special applications such as in a helical conveyor the motors are rotated in the same direction. 
The amplitude of the vibration depends essentially on the weight and the eccentricity of the masses attached to the motor shaft and the frequency (speed) of the motor.

Electrical
 Our motors are synchronous and class F insulation. Low loss magnetic laminations are used to provide low heat and high efficiency.
 By class H insulation and varnish system used in winding, blanks between winding bobbins are completely filled and so effects of vibrations produced are removed.
 Operation
 Vibration producer counter weights in our motors can be adjusted from %0 0 and they can be fixed in all positions and operated, give maximum centrifugal force without any problems.
 
Body
 Our motors are made from special grade alloy cast with high mechanical resistance.
 Heavy Duty Construction offered guarantees long life and excellent field performance. Ductile iron castings, M.S.end covers and high alloy fasteners are just some of the unique design features. All units can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
 

Bearing
 Long Life Bearings insure peak, long-term performance.
Special designed bearings for vibration are used which are effective against heavy radial load, momentum and vibrations in our motors.
 Lubrication
 Lithium based long-life special is used for lubrication and thus motor bearings life and maintenance are increased to maximum period.
 


Terminal box
 Terminal box are designed in large size in order to make the electrical connections easier.To prevent damage caused by vibrations, wires are coated with special and seals are used for box cover's leakproff.Cable holder connector has special lock system to prevent slackening caused b vibrations.

HOW DO UNBALANCE-WEIGHT MOTORS WORK?

Unbalance-weight motors generate vibrations mechanically. Unbalanced (eccentric) weights are attached to a shaft. The shaft is then forced to rotate. However due to the effective eccentricity of the shaft a set of vibrations are produced. These vibrations are then controlled to create circular, elliptical or linear movement. For example a single unbalance-weight motor will create circular vibrations, while two motors rotating in
